PIPING, STRUCTURAL & SCAFFOLDING FABRICATION WORKS
New fabrication, repair, modification, renewal and erection works for the following industries: - • FPSO and FSO at Yards and Anchorage.
• Offshore and Onshore modules.
• Oil and Gas industry.
• Scaffolding Reaction.
• Gen-Set’s Rental.
• All kinds of structural fabrication work complete with platforms, foundations, stairs, railing, etc, fully in compliance with the requirements of class and as indicated on arrangement plans.
• Perform structural analysis of equipment seating and foundation at the point where the equipment will be located.
• Fabricate and install protective barriers or guards for equipment, piping, etc., adjacent to lifting gear to protect such equipment from accidental damage by lifting slings, shackles, spreader bars,etc.
• Make visual inspection and NDE test according to the approved drawing.
• Fabricate and install of all new and replacement pipe work including cutting fit up, welding, bolting, clamping or otherwise locating and direct fixing to structure, pipe supports or hangers, and associated sheathing, blocking, vapor seals, etc.
