KSS Electrical Engineering would to carry out electrical trouble shooting, rectification and installation work, to relocate existing power socket, telephone socket & network socket from table partition to existing wall. To check and trouble shoot electrical wiring for Fluorescent Mirror fitting Light set, in office areas. To check and re-install two- way switch wiring, and separate phase cable for lighting points to check and repair Magnetic door lock to carry out the work c/w tool’s, ladder, extension cable.

ELECTRICAL INSPECTION, TESTING AND SETTING
Periodic Inspections Regulation 4(2) of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 requires that: As may be necessary to prevent danger, all systems shall be maintained so as to prevent, so far as is practicable, such danger Periodic inspection and testing is necessary as all electrical installations deteriorate due to a number of factors, such as damage, wear and tear, corrosion, electrical loading, ageing and environmental influences. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE FOR GENERATOR SET

INTRODUCTION
Generator Set (Gen-set) is a system that uses to supply power (electric) for industrial and domestic. Most of the Gen-set that use for industrial industries is a stand by unit. The Gen-set will automatically function or starter when Power Supply from TNB disconnects (blackout). In a few minutes, the Gen-set will automatically start and supply electrical power to user.
There is two parts that important in Gen-set as follows: -

Mechanical (engine).

Electrical.
The most important part is an engine (mechanical) that supplies power (torque) to dynamo. Dynamo produces the DC (Direct Current) to PCB (Printer Circuit Board). PCB (Printer Circuit Board) produces AC (Alternate Current). In view of that the engine may have good service and maintenance because: -

To ensure the engine efficiency & performance in a good condition.

Model There is two parts in Gen-set as per mention above. The important part is a engine. The mechanism of Engine in Gen-set is similar with Diesel Engine that use for transportation such as lorry, truck and tractor. The Gen-set engine service based on running hours but diesel engine based on kilometer running. The Gen-set have many brands (it will be mention in List of Gen-set). In one brand there is many models. Model of Gen-set is based on capacities that can products to supply power (KVA). In view of that, the spare part must base on brand and model.

Make a normal service to Gen-set that had running for 150 hours or yearly which one come first Belts Inspect for damage, broken or loose belts (alternator, fan, drive, etc) Governor (if equipped) Check fluid level.

Oil Filter Differential Pressure (if equipped)
Check > Fuel Filter Differential Pressure (if equipped)
Check > Gauges Check the condition of all gauges. Repair or replace any broken gauge.
